REFUNDS & RETURNS
Any items chosen incorrectly, may be returned with our authority, with a 10% restocking fee applied - any product damaged in transit will be deducted form your refund - refunds will be sent as vouchers to be used in your next shopping basket.
DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES
If an item breaks, we will replace it at our cost.
If an item is not deemed damaged or incorrect, we have the right to leave the order as is or swap at your cost.
We retain the right to refund the product and NOT replace. Alternatively, replacements may be added to future orders.
